It was Reginae’s 11th birthday, and Lil Wayne didn’t spare a penny on this pajama party. The guests received everything they could ask for, from blinging goodie bags to a full out concert. Many celebrities were seen including Monica and her sons, Rasheeda, Diamond, Lil Scrappy, Kandi, Neyo’s mom, T-Pain’s mom, and even T-Pain who hasn’t been seen with Lil Wayne as much these days.
