Lil Wayne has been nominated for 7 BET Hip Hop Awards that were announced yesterday on 106 & Park. Kanye West leads the hip hop artists with 9 nomination, however I doubt he’ll win any awards after that Taylor Swift ordeal, even though MTV always has to stage their shit to get viewers and hits. I mean c’mon MTV, you don’t have to add bull to gain publicity. Once we saw the Bruno falling on Eminem’s face, it’s obvious you guys are desperate to get extra attention. All this fake television, alright I’ll stop ranting, Ice Cube is going to receive this year’s “I Am Hip Hop” icon award for being the highly respected rapper, actor, screenwriter, director, and film producer. The show will be hosted by the hilarious Mike Epps, and will be at Atlanta’s Boisfeuillet Jones Civic Center on Saturday, October 10th.
