Drake recently brought out Lil Wayne on his Club Paradise Tour to perform The Motto. The crowd went crazy and both Drake and Lil Wayne killed it. The bass was going wild during the song so you can barely here the words, but at least you see what a Drake and Lil Wayne concert is like if you missed it.

Lil Wayne appears on the front cover of VIBE  Magazine for the October and November issue.  The front cover questions whether he is still hip-hops leading man, which proves to be a very confronting issue to him and his many supporters.  Let me know what you think about Weezy’s current position in hip-hop in the comments section.  He is interviewed about several different topics in the magazine: Drake being competition, if hip-hop influenced the riots in England, the song dissing Jay-Z, and a collaboration project with Rick Ross.

This is a leak from the next Lil Wayne The Drought Is Over 7 mixtape featuring Drake, and the track is called Right Above It. The song must have been recorded before Lil Wayne went to jail, so the mastered and full version isn’t out yet. But we get to hear a little bit of some new Weezy for now, which should hold all you fiends over until November. Only a few short months ahead for Wayne, keep your head up man, you’ll be free before you know it.

Similar to the “Money To Blow” music video, they used interesting lighting in rows to have a cool effect. Here we have the official music video for Birdman‘s “Money To Blow” featuring Lil Wayne and Drake with some pictures from behind the scenes. The song is going to be a single on Birdman’s latest album set to release soon called “Priceless”. The video features some cool effects with the lighting and light bulbs they used to reflect in Lil Wayne‘s glasses. In the beginning, you can also catch a short glimpse of the beautiful Tammy Torres and her one-of-a-kind booty. Lil Chuckee and Lil Twist also make an appearance in the music video and we have a bunch of pictures from behind the scenes. It is also said that the music video for Lil Wayne and Chris Brown’s track “Transformers” has been shot and completed today.

The official music video for Drake “Forever” ft. Lil Wayne, Kanye West, and Eminem was premiered on BET 106 & Park with Lebron James. You can see throughout the movie are references to Lebron James growing up since the song and video were made for his upcoming movie “More Than A Game”. The video was directed by Hype Williams and is definitely receiving the hype it deserves. This is great track, with a classic beat, and some of the best rappers in the industry right now.

This Friday, August 28th, a new Drake track featuring Lil Wayne, Eminem, and Kayne West will be released in collaboration called “Forever“. The song “Forever” will be on the More Than A Game soundtrack, a movie that stars Lebron James. According to MTV News, Mack Maine reported from Young Money that the track was redone over the weekend, and now has been mastered. Initially the single “Forever” was only supposed to be between Drake and Kayne West, however adding Lil Wayne and Eminem now to the track should be a hit. We might even hear some more Mariah Carey disses from Eminem since that shit blew up earlier this month.

In a recent interview with LL Cool J, he talks about how hip hop and rap has changed over the years and how Lil Wayne and Drake are now top of the game. LL Cool J made a point to emphasize how music these days seems to be focused around a catchy chorus, where as in his days it was more focused on the lyrics. He talks about how the beat and chorus are what some kids want to hear these days, and there’s nothing wrong with that, but how hip hop just needs to grow and evolve with it. He made a point to talk about Weezy and Drizzy, and even mentioned how he likes “Best I Ever Had”, even with the chorus.
