Word on the street has it that Wayne just sold his Sount Pointe condo and is currently closing on this home located on La Gorce Island. It is a private gated island located in Miami Beach and home to many famous celebrities. The video after the jump shows the three-story mansion up close which features an elevator, two master suites, and plenty of bedrooms. Nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms to be exact, all falling under 20,857 square feet. Bet his Realtor is happy with this purchase because the total estimated price of the new Lil Wayne crib is $13,900,000.
