It is a private gated island located in Miami Beach and home to many famous celebrities. Nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms to be exact, all falling under 20,857 square feet. Bet his Realtor is happy with this purchase because the total estimated price of the new Lil Wayne crib is $13,900,000.
